China Kwell Machinery Group tested one 500kg/h Three stage wet PE/PP nonwoven film recycling pelletizing granulating line for Guatemala customer.
Moisture/Humidity of raw material can be up to 50-80%.
There are three stages of extruder. The first stage extruder is mainly used to squeeze water and vent it out.
Electro-magnetic induction/infrared heaters are used. Temperature can reach 500 degree.
Customer can feed wet PE/PP material (film/bag/nonwoven...etc) with water, max moisture content can be up to 50-80%.
