General Introduction
Only a few countries are able to produce virgin PET resin in the world; most of countries import PET chips to meet consumption demand. Producing food grade recycled PET chips locally can not only minimize the cost of bottle production, but also purify the environment and obtain high commercial profit.
“B to B” grade PET bottle recycling machine is primarily as a first part of food grade PET bottle recycling project. Its high automation will maximally avoid human caused errors. Our "B to B" level PET bottle washing line adopts industrial grade computer, large-screen HMI system and PLC to control every parameter of process directly and visually. Real-time parameter collecting and recording can be also accomplished for more convenient production management and data analysis. The equipped automatic plastic sorting machine and color sorting machine will save manpower and improve production efficiency and thus bring actual highly automated production.
