Hello, I am from sale company in Russia. We sale laboratory reactor line for production polystyrol plastic. On the final step user need extruder-cooling bath and granulator. BUT: we have melt raw material in last reactor. User want flow it under 230°C into extruder. - From reactor 1 melt of plastic will flow under 230°C - from reactor 2 will flow melt-2 (under 140°C). 3% of melt two we need add to base flow from reactor-1 I think we need screw pump into tube (maybe 2 screw pump) Then this mixter need pserr through holes (die). I think the sbest solution is extruder. After this plastic need cool into bath And then produce granules. Is it possible put our tube with melting plastic in your funnel directly to dropping melt into extruder? Could you, please, send price (on your plant / we have logistic to Russia), main dimetions (size)? What additional souses wee need (electrisity OK, something else?) What is delivery time?
